Nothing tastes better than a barbeque on a hot day, so it is no surprise that our catering manager Craig has been incredibly busy this summer serving our Gourmet BBQ menu across Buckinghamshire. One customer was Sarah, who wanted to host a barbeque party for her friends and family to make the most of the great weather. She had been at a party in 2021 that was catered for by Hog Roast Cranfield and was eager to enjoy our catering again- so she knew she wanted Craig and his team on the job! Hog Roast Cranfield was more than happy to get involved with this event and provide catering for Sarah’s 40 guests.
The party was taking place on the land behind Sarah’s home, which is a large field with plenty of space for dancing, games, and enjoying a delicious meal. We begin by setting up our catering station beneath a marquee to keep the sun off the team and to provide some much needed shade. Once ready, we got to work on barbequing the pork sausages, British beef burgers, veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. The menu included a wide variety of dishes to ensure that there was something for everyone to enjoy, including guests of all ages and meat-free guests. Our menu went down a treat at the party and was the perfect meal to enjoy in the sunshine!
