George is out of the office today visiting clients who have booked a wedding in September. He will agree a schedule for the day from the timing of the canapés, through to the champagne for the toast, and the evening buffet. All our weddings are bespoke and it is essential for the smooth running of the day to know exactly what the bride and groom want. Ever the multi tasker he is delivering a machine for a midweek hire at a golf club on his way back.
