The weather has finally started to pick up and the thought of spending the evening outside partying does not seem such a far fetched option! If you are thinking of having a spit roast please get in touch sooner rather than later as the dates are rapidly filling up particularly Summer Saturdays and Sundays. To keep up with demand we have invested in another pig roasting machine picked up by George from Manchester yesterday. Very shiny and new and nearly too good to use! It is however being used this weekend so the newness will soon wear off!
