Fireworks Night might have passed, but we can’t stop talking about how much fun we had! As you can probably guess, what with us being one of Buckinghamshire’s favourite catering services and all, Hog Roast Seer Green was kept insanely busy over the bonfire weekend! But although our services were in extremely high demand, our catering managers, Craig and Catrina, handled our team’s schedule with ease and professionalism, which ensured that all of our clients received an outstanding service.
One client we worked with was Jamie-Lee, who had hired us to assist with her explosive Guy Fawkes Night celebration! She had invited friends, family and neighbours to join in the festivities at her private residence, and more than 80 people accepted her invitation. Fortunately, Jamie-Lee had a back garden big enough to host everyone comfortably and plenty of fireworks to keep them entertained – all she needed was a professional catering team to prevent the group from going hungry!
Having heard great things about us in the past, Jamie-Lee had asked Hog Roast Seer Green to take care of the catering on this occasion, and she was so pleased to hear that we had a space in our diary which lined up with the date and time of her party. Like fate, it was meant to be!
Craig and Catrina had asked the client lots of questions ahead of the celebration in order to narrow down the best menu for the event, which turned out to be our Classic Hog Roast spread. Comprising of beautifully tender shredded pork served on gluten-free cobs with sage and onion stuffing, applesauce and crackling, along with an assortment of salad options, gourmet coleslaw and grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, this tasty menu had something to offer everyone.
The guests couldn’t get enough of the mouth-watering food our team prepared and eagerly indulged in extra helpings as they watched Jamie-Lee’s private fireworks display into the late hours of the night. The client had a fab time and was grateful to Hog Roast Seer Green for all the effort our team put into making the event a success.
