As the countdown to Halloween grows shorter, Hog Roast Beachampton has eagerly embraced the spooky season, delighting in helping our customers and clients craft unforgettable moments amidst the festivities. Last weekend, we had the pleasure of catering for a corporate Halloween-inspired team-building event that transformed an ordinary evening into an extraordinary Whodunit murder mystery night.
In the dimly lit halls of a nearby manor house, branch manager Derek and his 40 staff delved into a night of intrigue and suspense. Clues unfurled, the plot thickened, and motives were scrutinised as guests endeavoured to unmask the ‘killer’ among them. Laughter and suspense filled the air, creating an atmosphere of excitement that kept everyone on their toes, eagerly awaiting the next twist in the tale.
Of course, all that detective work stirred up appetites, so it was a good thing that Hog Roast Beachampton was on hand to satiate their hunger with our delectable Hog Roast Dining Menu. The feast began with an array of tantalising canapés, including handmade gourmet sausages, smoked Scottish salmon, mini quiches, roasted duck and chicken liver parfait, setting the stage for an evening of culinary delights.
The main course was even more tempting: a succulent hog roast, complete with all the trimmings, shared the spotlight with beautifully seasoned free-range chicken accompanied by butcher’s chipolata sausages. For our vegetarian guests, we offered grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, ensuring there was something on the menu for everyone.
The accompaniments were no less impressive. Coleslaw, Caesar salad, roasted new potatoes, and a seasonal selection of salad leaves provided the perfect balance of flavours and textures, enhancing the overall dining experience.
And as the night wound down, guests were treated to a sweet finale – a choice between delicate profiteroles or a zesty tarte au citron, both adorned with fresh cream, offering a delightful ending to this incredible event.
