A few weeks ago, our team played a pivotal role in making Beatrice and her husband’s house move a truly unforgettable experience. Their new life chapter, which was marked by a flit to a standalone cottage tucked away in the stunning Cotswolds, provided the perfect setting for a joyous celebration for the whole family.
Our catering manager, Catrina, was at the helm of this event and proudly rustled up our Classic Hog Roast Menu in the hours leading up to the guests’ arrival. Once everyone was present, Hog Roast Shabbington’s team began serving up the bountiful platters of succulent hog roast meat, crispy crackling, sage and onion stuffing, grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers, seasonal green leaf salad, coleslaw, and a selection of bread rolls and wraps, along with a wealth of condiments and dips for added flavour.
The guests could hardly believe their eyes when they saw the variety of flavours on offer and quickly started piling their plates high with the aromatic grub. As you probably already guessed, the food became an instant hit among the 50 guests, and even Beatrice and her husband’s six dogs couldn’t resist the enticing smells!
As always, the crackling success of the hog roast was a major talking point, and guests found themselves returning for seconds, thirds, and yes, even fourth helpings. Our mission of delighting every palate was achieved with flair.
As the event unfolded, laughter, shared stories, and the warmth of fellowship filled the air. Hog Roast Shabbington had not only provided a sumptuous meal but had helped the group to deepen their bonds and formulate memories that will be shared and cherished for a lifetime to come.
