A round trip today to see one of our prospective weddings. A chance to meet the bride and groom and their parents. Once a date is agreed and things are going ahead we like to see the wedding venue and have a chat to plan out your special day just the way you want it. The bride and groom want a relaxed informal affair with a spit roasted pig and a lamb for 120 guests. The setting is to be the brides’ parent’s house with a marquee for the guests in the garden. We will be serving canapés and champagne on the lawn followed by the spit roast, salads and new potatoes with the wedding cake to follow dressed with a fruit coulis and ripe berries.
