In celebration of Jasmine’s 30th birthday, her thoughtful boyfriend Kevin had organised a fun day out for her, which he planned to follow up with a surprise party at a stately manor house hotel!
Aiming to match the tone of the 5-star venue with a striking meal plan, Kevin had sought the help of an expert catering provider to serve a menu suited to his needs.
Yes – you guessed it! His search led him directly to Hog Roast Soulbury, and with a little bit of guidance from our catering managers, Craig and Catrina, the client soon discovered our Hog Roast Dining Experience Menu, which couldn’t have matched his vision more precisely.
Not only was the diverse meal plan perfect for catering to every dietary requirement on the guest list, but the menu was well within the client’s budget and offered fantastic value for money. Kevin was also really grateful for all of the extra support that Craig and Catrina offered throughout the planning stages, which helped to put his mind at ease.
Also helping Kevin to achieve his goal of hosting the best surprise party ever, all of the guests had worked extremely hard to keep the party a secret from Jasmine until it was time for the big reveal. So, when Jasmine and Kevin entered the function hall on Friday night and were greeted with loud cheers from friends and family, the birthday girl was rendered completely speechless!
The Hog Roast Soulbury team, who had spent the thirty minutes before the couple arrived keeping the guests busy with our canapé selection and complimentary drinks, took Jasmine and Kevin’s entrance as a queue to start serving the buffet which consisted of a hog roast, grilled vegetable kebabs and various side dishes, condiments, rolls and a pair of delicious desserts.
Kevin had put a lot of thought and effort into making sure everything was perfect for Jasmine’s birthday – from the decorations and entertainment options to Hog Roast Soulbury’s incredibly tasty meal plan. So we’re really pleased to say that everyone had a brilliant time – especially the birthday girl!
