Surprisingly busy!

March is surprisingly busy not that we are complaining as we would rather be busy than sitting around. Last weekend we did a 60th birthday party the gentleman was so lovely and he was really interested in our cooking and virtually cooked his own food! He was very hands on and intrigued by the pig the guests were a friendly bunch and we served a wonderful selection of food. Pork with potatoes, peas, carrots and sweetcorn served with apple -sauce and onion gravy the birthday boys favourite meal! Hog roast Great Brington  also made a delicious apple crumble and custard again by special request and it went down a treat! Some people think hog roasting is just meat and nothing else but this is not the case we cook the meat and serve it with what ever you desire and puddings too! This weekend we are catering for a Wedding and looking forward to it so much the Wedding has been pre booked for the past six months Hog roast hire Great Brington  are making this a day to remember and cooking pig, chicken, turkey, duck and lamb with this we are serving salad and gravy sauce, dips and dressing. We are also doing a spot of barbequing for the children and we are making burgers and sausage in buns served with ketchup and French fries, which the children will enjoy that Is the beauty of hog roasting you can make totally different foods catering for all pallets at the same venue our barbequing always goes down well. In the middle of next week we are north of the country and catering for the opening of a beauty Salon it is an out door event and we are hoping that the rain keeps away but we always come well prepared and always bring our large marquee so if the weather does take a turn for the worst we can still cook we are always well prepared and nothing ever fazes us as you have to be prepared for every event in the catering world and we always do as good preparation is key in our business…
