Many of our long-term customers do come back to us again and again for our stunning hog roasts, which we prepare on-site at your venue hours before service and then cook slowly but surely until we get melt-in-the-mouth soft and tender meat and the skin turns into crispy, salty crackling. However, we have repeat customers for our delectable Hog Roast Chesham spit roasts too, made out of lamb, beef, turkey or chicken, as well as for our own range of standalone menus, such as our Barbecue – ideal for these summer months – which includes British beef burgers, gourmet sausages, marinated spare ribs, chicken kebabs, freshly-made salads and a selection of rolls and wraps (both white and wholemeal and we can also provide gluten-free ones if required).
