Our first job on Saturday was in a beautiful setting and the team set up their lamb roast next to a string quartet that was entertaining the guests. we served a beautiful rosemary roasted lamb together with a joint of pork for a total of 50 party goers. A choice of salads and garlic rissole potatoes completed the feast
