he Hog Roast Banbury team are gearing up for an exciting event on the 15th of December, as we are taking our festive menu to the Haas F1 Team headquarters in Banbury!
Although this isn’t our first time catering for the deserving team, we are more than excited to bring the team together over hearty food and great conversation. We have previously had the pleasure of working with the Haas F1 team and every visit has been the perfect mixture of friendly service, amazing people and delicious food.
Working with a high profile motorsport is such a privilege, and it’s always fun to appreciate who we’re cooking for. The Banbury site we’ll be catering at is the team’s UK hub for operations, logistics, and race weekend support. They joined Formula 1 in 2016, making them the first American-led F1 team in 30 years.
Our catering manager Craig has designed the perfect menu for a mid December celebration, with a balance of indulgent treats, comforting flavours and a festive feel. This is the ideal fuel for a team known for speed, precision, and expert engineering. We will welcome 220 guests, further proving that no event is too big or too small for us!
Our show stopper is always our tender, slow roasted pork, which will be the centerpiece of the festive menu or an alternative to this will be traditional turkey. With a team as internationally diverse as Haas, we’ve made sure there’s something for everyone, which is why we have a variety of meat alternative mains such as grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers or smoky BBQ pulled jackfruit.
Of course, no roast is complete without countless sides to complete your personalised plate! The Hog Roast Banbury team are spoiling our guests for choice with the amount on offer within this festive menu. Guests will be able to enjoy creamy cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, glazed seasonal vegetables and crispy roast potatoes. They can also either enjoy all of this with a standard yorkshire pudding or put everything together to create a giant yorkshire pudding wrap, getting the best of everything. Everything can be covered in rich, warming gravy too.
With festive flavours, shared values, and an exciting motorsport atmosphere, this upcoming event is set to be a highlight of the season. We’re excited to return, grateful to be trusted again by such a high-achieving team, and ready to bring a feast worthy of the Haas name.
