During a lull in proceedings and while a pig was slowly roasting away on its spit we started to discuss all the different venues that we had catered at. There have been so many over the years that not all of them stick in your mind. We remember places where we have virtually had to dismantle machines to gain access. We recall the roof of a houseboat where the pig and machine had to be manhandled pretty much vertically. We remember Glastonbury and Blenheim Palace, aircraft hangars, numerous celebrity houses, campsites, Oxford Colleges, all sizes of private gardens, lots of pubs and village halls, golf clubs , rugby clubs and hotels. In fact we have just about been everywhere!!
