Monday has come round incredibly quickly and we have spent a lot of time in the office catching up with the weekend’s email enquiries and general admin work as well as being outside cleaning all the machines and associated equipment. It was a bitterly cold day and felt like November when being outside scouring and scrubbing is a pretty cold and miserable job! Anyway one request over the weekend is for us to provide a bbq in a shopping centre with a demonstration. Who ever said the job of a pig roaster is repetitive we spend our time rising to new and exciting challenges
