Sorry to sound a little repetitive, but this was an event that Hog Roast Oxford have done for some years. It is only about 40 minutes away and so very pleasant. As previously they had decided to have a barbecue with salads. Perhaps they are just lucky but the weather was glorious which makes life so much easier.
The client was ready on arrival and checked that all was on schedule. As always Hog Roast Oxford checked numbers serve time and menu. I always make sure that staff do the polite check on arrival.
This year they had games to do before hand and a little jump around on the bouncy castle. It makes sense that they do that way round since the consequences could be disastrous otherwise. The serve time was 1.00 pm and by ten to I had a queue. Ten minutes later they were back and ready to start eating. They kept coming back with the third visit not uncommon. I always worry at this stage since there are often stragglers who are late. It was not a problem and all were well looked after. And as if like magic at 2.00pm they all disappeared again . Not on the bouncy castle, but back to the office. Naturally Hog Roast Oxford just cleared up and leisurely headed home with the words … ‘see you next year’…. A job well done .
