This was the first visit to Milton Hill hotel . A very handy location just south of Oxford at Milton . The journey took 45 minutes. On arrival I was greeted by the chef who showed me the set up . The event was a wedding which was an all day affair with the ceremony in the hotel . As always it was not long before the hog roast became a talking point and centre of attraction . Guests were all ready for a taste and I had to politely tell them that they had the wedding breakfast first.
It was great to watch other stalls set up and be the centre of numerous photos Serve time arrived and not a moment too soon for some. It was certainly a hog roast where I was the subject of many photos. It was great to do another DeVere hotel , and there was even talk of doing more, a vast improvement on the regular guy who had let them down.
