Spread over both Saturday and Sunday, Calvin’s event was a delightful blend of educational experiences and family-friendly activities. From tractor-trailer rides and dairy herd milking demonstrations to impressive birds of prey displays and cuddly animals in the petting zoo, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The mini farmers market offered fresh-made produce, while child-friendly attractions like bouncy castles, pony rides, and face painting kept the young ones entertained all day long.
Of course, no farm event would be complete without delicious food, and that’s where Hog Roast Aylesbury stepped in. Using locally sourced meat and produce, our team crafted drool-worthy hog roast rolls that had guests lining up for seconds. Made fresh on-site in the hours leading up to the event, our hog roast was a true labour of love, and the response from attendees was overwhelmingly positive.
Guests marvelled at the bold and intense flavours of the meat, which was tender and moist beyond compare. Our crispy crackling, a beloved favourite, added an irresistible crunch, while our homemade sage and onion stuffing soaked up all the delicious meaty juices during the cooking process.
