celebrating special occassions with a hog roast

Last weekend was busy with an 18th birthday party on Saturday night for 140 revellers in Oxford. The birthday girl was delighted with her pig roast and we were able to make it nice and easy for mum and dad to feed the hungry hordes. On Sunday there was a christening for 75 people. A beautiful roasted lamb with seasonal vegetables and baby new potatoes roasted with garlic and rosemary. The baby behaved impeccably and everyone commented on how delicious the food was!
