Last night we had the pleasure of catering for a fantastic works event hosted by Zetica Ltd and what a night it was! ☀️

After a gloomy journey, the sun finally made an appearance just as we arrived, setting the perfect atmosphere. It even tempted the DJ outside to spin a few tunes which certainly got us in the mood to prepare an incredible feast.

Great food, great people and a brilliant evening all round. Thank you to Ellen and everyone at Zetica Ltd for the invitation, we hope to see you again soon!

Our wonderful team headed back to the beautiful Old Great Marlborough House in Monmouthshire last weekend!🌿

The lovely Nick & Nicolette tied the knot over the weekend, and then we had the pleasure of serving up their relaxed after party for a select group of friends and family staying at this stunning residence.

We set up on the rear lawn and delivered our Classic Southern Slow menu, featuring:
🔥 Cajun Spiced Chicken
🔥 Slow Roasted Minted Lamb
🔥 Slow Roasted Smokey BBQ Beef
🍟 Traditional Skin-on Fries
🍠 Sweet Potato Fries
🌽 Corn Cobettes drizzled in butter with garlic & chilli flakes

And of course, our show-stopping Veggie/Vegan BBQ Pulled Jackfruit which is always a winner, especially with today’s Australian guests!!

A big hit (as always!) was our ‘Sauce Shop’ selection which is always the perfect finishing touch to an already incredible spread.

Huge thanks to Nick & Nicollette for having us be part of such a special celebration. What a way to round off a wedding weekend! 💛
