More pigs on Sunday but Monday was a day to catch up with the computer and restock the cold room with pigs!!This is one of the busiest weeks of the year so far and we have jobs everyday. Richard and George are currently packing a van to go down to Kensington for a repeat job, same as last year. Bookings are still flooding in as fast as we can take them and so far it has been a bumper season. Anyway time to leave this now and start making apple sauce!!!!
