Can you believe it’s almost Christmas already? These last few months have flown in! But don’t worry too much if you haven’t yet made plans to celebrate the festive season – there’s still some time left to organise something spectacular with the help of Hog Roast Westbury!
One client of ours, Johnny, called us last week to sort out the catering for his last-minute Xmas work party, which he confessed had somehow completely slipped his mind this year. Our caterers were still determined to help him out, and working together with Hog Roast Westbury’s manager, the client was able to put together something special for all of his staff.
We are happy to have been able to assist Johnny with his event plans and are very much looking forward to serving our delightful Festive Menu at his office party next Thursday. Unsurprisingly, this menu has proven to be an extremely popular choice among our clients once again this year – once you’ve tried it for yourself, you’ll understand why!
From the two main meat options available, Johnny has asked us to keep things traditional by serving a turkey dinner, which sees us slow-roast a free-range turkey over real flames until the meat is moist and succulent. To complete the dish, we’ll serve the meat with fresh-made cranberry sauce, sage and onion stuffing and a range of festive sides, including cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets, glazed seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes. Adding the finishing touch, Hog Roast Westbury will pour a drizzle of our rich homemade gravy over everything.
Accommodating Johnny’s vegetarian and vegan staff, Hog Roast Westbury will whip up our ever-popular grilled vegetable kebabs with optional halloumi, sweet chilli sauce and a zesty tzatziki dip with flatbreads. There will also be a huge punch bowl filled with non-alcoholic mulled wine for the group to indulge in, as well as our lovely mince pies with warm brandy butter for after the meal.
Johnny has expressed his gratitude to Hog Roast Westbury for helping him with his last-minute party preparations, but our team couldn’t be happier to help! We’re looking forward to the event and can’t wait to impress the group with an incredibly tasty lunch!
