It is certainly very busy here at Spitting Pig Buckinghamshire. On Friday we had a large job for 2000 people at the Olympic Village in London. An early start of 4am was necessary to get the pigs all cooked on time. A small army of chefs and machines attended and it all went off without a hitch. There was extremely tight security with body searches and searches of the van and lorry done by sniffer dogs. How they must have loved the smell of all that meat! Anyway it must have been good as we have been asked to quote for another job there in a couple of weeks.
