Easter weekend was certainly a bit of a wash out on the weather front but we were kept busy with a wedding for 150 on Saturday and a large family party for an 80th birthday on Monday. Both events were a huge success and it was fantastic to see a very sprightly 80 year old really enjoying his day. Both events went for a roasted hog which will easily feed a large number of people and provides a brilliant focal point for an event. Easter Sunday was spent cleaning machines after the first event and getting things ready for the next day!
