We are great fans of our local Farmer’s market here at Spitting Pig Buckinghamshire. It is held in the square in Stow on the Wold on the 2nd Thursday of every month and offers an excellent opportunity to buy locally made products. Quite often for weddings we supply a big cheeseboard for people to nibble at late into the evening and one of our favourite cheeses is Cotswold organic brie from Simon Weaver. We also love the smoked trout from the nearby Donnington Trout Farm which makes a fab starter for a party. Visiting the local market is always a source of inspiration for future events.
