Later this July, Hog Roast Banbury is catering for a brilliant F1 event at Haas Formula UK. The event is set to include 300 guests attending to watch the race, which is sure to create a buzzing and exciting energy for the day. Our catering manager Craig was eager to get to work on this event, since it is guaranteed to be a brilliant opportunity, and we know that our catering will be a big success with the guests. For the menu, it was decided that our classic hog roast menu would be perfect, when combined with a few additional dishes. Alongside the meal, we are also providing a soft drinks package, which includes one drink per person, with a selection of fizzy drinks to choose from.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Banbury team will arrive at the venue in the morning, giving ourselves plenty of time to prepare for the 16:00 serving time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog, which needs around five hours to cook to perfection. Once the succulent pork is ready, it will be expertly carved and served alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be offering marinated chicken thighs and BBQ-pulled jackfruit. The main dishes will be served with a selection of fresh bread rolls and wraps, with gourmet coleslaw, and a selection of fresh salad options also on offer.
