How about a pig with a twist? Although we personally think you can’t beat a plain pig with juicy salty crackling we have been asked to add a bit of something extra to add that little bit of “je ne sais quoi”. Spices we have added have included Cajun and Jerk and more unusually a special request for a mix of rosemary, garlic and cumin.
