We had a great week last week, we had a weekend packed full of events too.
A team from hog roast Nettlebed went down to and served another spit roasted pig at an event for 260 guests.
The location was a tractor factory and as our current tractor is a poor old thing on its last legs, the sight of all the new shiny ones was almost too much to bear! The pig was served with salads prepared by the caterers on site and the usual apple sauce, stuffing and crackling.
