Alice and Logan recently got engaged while enjoying a picnic in one of their favourite spots. The couple have been dating for over seven years and have watched all of their close friends tie the knot during this time. Because of this, excitement has been building for their own wedding and they knew that they wanted to do something fun to announce their engagement. The pair planned to host a beautiful outdoor party at their home in Buckinghamshire, with guests able to enjoy their lovely garden and the field behind for additional space. For the catering, Hog Roast Long Crendon has been hired to provide a delicious BBQ menu for the occasion. Our catering managers Craig and Catrina agreed that this is the perfect menu for enjoying on a lovely spring day, making it the ideal addition to the party. Once the guests are all enjoying what they suspect is a simple garden party, Alice and Logan will make a toast announcing their engagement!

This consists of a wide selection of main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls or a gluten-free alternative. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, sweet potato fries, corn cobettes, gourmet coleslaw, a green leaf salad, and a tomato and mozzarella salad. Overall, this menu is packed full of delicious dishes, with plenty for every guest to enjoy.
