On Sunday one of our chefs went to Stadhampton to prepare a hog roast for a Christening. We served about 100 people with simple pork baps together with stuffing and apple sauce. Another team headed for the M40 and cooked a spit roasted pig for a 60th birthday party. As I write we are busy sorting out for a job on Thursday with roast lamb for 800 people. The weekend will then kick in again and all our teams here at hog roast Stadhamptonl will be off on their travels again.
