Thursday saw a second day in Bedford and a chance to get ready for a hectic weekend. We catered for a wedding party on Friday evening in Beaconsfield where the newly marrieds and 300 of their friends enjoyed a simple pig in a bap as it is affectionately referred to .Nearly a catastrophe with a motor breaking down but fortunately the lovely Clare was on hand whizzing along the M40 in no time and the hog was served punctually.
