As the summer season starts to kick in we are getting busier and busier. On Thursday night we served a pig roast to 500 people at the Institute of Government. What a stunning building with a beautiful garden fronting onto Pall Mall. There was some very delicious canapés and of course the piece de resistance the Spitting Pig hog. The smell must have wafted up the Mall to Horse Guards Parade and perhaps even as far as Buckingham Palace.
