Hog Roast Buckinghamshire are experts in creating events to remember and here is just one example of many.
Love was in the air on the evening of September 6th for our customers Kate and James, they gathered 100 of their friends and family to celebrate their wedding day and what better way to bring your nearest and dearest together than with our signature hog roast?
Hog Roast Buckinghamshire’s catering team were honoured to be a part of the happy couple’s special day. We understand how every detail of a wedding needs to feel perfect and we know exactly how to take the pressure off of the newlyweds by keeping their guests full and happy.
Long before the couple tied the knot, our dedicated catering team including the catering manager Craig, were busily preparing the main event of the buffet; a whole roasted pig. The meat was slow roasted until it was tender and the crackling was crisp, paying close attention to ensure flavours were locked in, it was clear the guests couldn’t get enough of this.
The guests gathered to build their plate to their hearts content as soon as the clock hit 6pm. It was lovely to see the love and laughter shared, as everyone lined up to sample what was on offer.
We also provided buffet style sides from our seasonal menu. This included creamy coleslaw, fresh mixed salad and a juicy tomato and mozzarella salad. What’s a good pork roast without a complimentary traditional apple sauce and of course flavoursome sage and onion stuffing? Not to forget the carbs! Herby New Potatoes were the perfect addition to the rest of the plate.
We make sure we can cater to all diets, that’s why we provide a wide menu, this includes our grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers with a refreshing tzatziki dip or if you fancy something a little bit different, a sweet chilli sauce.
We knew that the guests would want to get back to catching up and being the first on the dancefloor, which is why we chose a buffet style service with disposable cutlery.
Events like these remind us of why we love what we do here at Hog Roast Buckinghamshire, as we cherished providing a service as part of a celebration of family and new beginnings.
