Another weekend finishes and we start with the usual Monday clean up. The emails always appear thick and fast on a Monday so this is one of the busiest days of the week for office work. A fantastic charity event at the weekend where Spitting Pig Buckinghamshire served a late night snack of pork baps with apple sauce and stuffing to approximately 250 guests .A pig roast is a great idea if you are organising a fund raiser- the hassle of food preparation is removed, all your guests are fed, the spit roast is a spectacle in its own right and you make money for your school, village, charity etc.
