We are cooking up a storm at a themed Spanish evening this week complete with a spit roasted pig. Ideally the pig should have been a fluent speaker of Spanish but down here in the rural Cotswolds that is probably going to be rather hard to source! Apart from the pig there will be a paella, frittata, potatoes bravas and a selection of salads. Dressing up strictly optional! As you can see here at Spitting pig we are certainly not an ordinary Hog roasting company we love a bit of versatility.
