Last week, our Hog Roast Aylesbury team had the absolute pleasure of catering for Lucy’s wedding at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre. With the historic steam trains providing a truly unique backdrop, it was a day filled with atmosphere, excitement, and plenty of happy faces.
From the moment our team arrived, everything was about making sure the couple and their guests could relax and enjoy themselves. Our experienced chefs and waiting staff worked seamlessly to serve fresh, flavour packed food throughout the evening, creating a warm, welcoming dining experience that perfectly matched the celebration.
The couple chose our Gourmet BBQ menu, which gave us the opportunity to serve a real crowd-pleaser. Guests enjoyed juicy handmade burgers, gourmet sausages, Thai chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs, while our vegetarian and vegan guests were treated to dishes like BBQ pulled jackfruit and veggie burgers ensuring no one missed out. Alongside the mains, our team presented crisp salads, slaws, and freshly cooked chips, all served with the same care and attention that makes every plate special.
We pride ourselves not just on great food, but on how it’s served. Every dish was presented with care on our eco-friendly bamboo crockery, and our friendly staff were on hand throughout, making sure service was smooth, professional, and personal. Seeing guests smiling and coming back for seconds is exactly why we love what we do.
