With 140 guests to serve, the day was all about creating a seamless and enjoyable experience, allowing the couple and their families to focus on celebrating without any stress.
From the moment guests arrived, our team ensured everything ran smoothly. Platters were carefully prepared and presented, featuring a selection of sirloin of beef and turkey, complemented by bread rolls and wraps, including gluten-free options. Fresh salads, coleslaw, and herb-dressed new potatoes added variety and freshness to every plate.

Catering manager Craig ensured the schedule flowed seamlessly, allowing moments for laughter, speeches, and dancing without any interruptions. Our staff were on hand throughout, making sure guests were comfortable and the event felt relaxed and welcoming from start to finish. The focus was on creating a memorable day, not just serving food.
