Recently, the brand has received recognition from several notable people and publications, leading to an increase in sales and brand awareness. Because of this, Fiona thought that now would be a great time to host a networking event to re-share the aims and values of her company. For this event, Fiona planned to hire a function room at a local city hall, which would offer plenty of space for her guests to socialise and network. When the day of the event arrived, the Hog Roast Ashendon team arrived at the function room with plenty of time to prepare for the 8:00p, serving time. We began by slow-roasting the hog on site and ensuring that it was cooked to perfection before it was expertly carved by our chef. The sliced pork was then served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Also on offer were succulent pork sausages and veggie sausages, as well as homemade chips, sweet potato fries, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Overall, this menu was perfect for enjoying while the guests chatted and mingled as it could be enjoyed while circulating the room or while seated.
