Weddings are always one of our most favourite events to cater to here at Hog Roast Wing. Not to mention it is only probably the event made specifically for catering; weddings are most likely the prime example that many would point to when asked about catering and what events they would expect it at.
Not only are you a part of many people’s most special day in life, you have the very significant and specific privilege of being able to make it even better through excellent service and delicious foods. That can be a lot of pressure of course, but at Hog Roast Wing we most certainly take it in stride!
And take it in stride we did just a few weeks ago in Wing as were invited out to Michele and Harris’ wedding service to provide our typical top of the line roast catering. For ourselves we thought that the reception overall was excellent, and as for our part in we believe that we did our job up to our usual high standard. After 20 years you always get a feel for these kinds of things when a job is going particularly well, and with guests seeming to come back for more of our roast buffet again and again it appeared to us like another job done in the typical Hog Roast Wing way!
But for feedbacks sake we always like to reach out to our customers after the event for comment, just to see if our impression of the event matches up to the hosts (which is the most important perspective anyway) and we were delighted to hear that they in fact did once again. Michele and Harris were glowing in praise through their testimonial of our service; they were effusive in praise for our roast pork’s of which they have been enjoying leftovers at home event still and made sure to add that feedback from the veggies in their party also had high words for our BBQ jackfruit alternative. Five-star food and service was the term used!
