We find that most of your guests will be sold by the sizzle and the marvellous spectacle of a Pig being roasted from fresh. The succulent aromas are the first bit that will convince you. The next is the thought that it is all so fresh without all the fuss of complex preparation. It is a lot less formal in that guests will have no qualms about asking for seconds. Now that is something that never happens with a sit down three course meal. The whole experience can be extended by having several choices of meats and follow that up with a grand selection of sauces. All the meats are slowly roasted making sure that the juices are retained to keep it all so moist and tasty.
Just remember that the ‘kitchen’ comes to the location that you wish your party to be held. So if it is down by the Lake, in a rustic old barn or at your favourite viewpoint it is all possible. Now that is something that is much harder or probably impossible with a three course menu. We can also provide dessert to compliment the whole occasion followed by freshly brewed coffee.
Now here is the important part, it will more than likely cost less per person. Match that against the quality of the food then there is no comparison. A pig roast will win hands down.
The most important accolade that comes from our work are the compliments that we get and moreover the repeat business. The fact that in the middle of February past customers are booking as far ahead as the Bank Holiday weekend, in August. Some of our regular customers are happy to secure our services for the following Christmas before we have even cleared the one we are doing. Now let us be honest how often does that happen. Is the cost, is it the flavour or is it simply a combination of both? Try for yourself.
