Over the many decades of Hog Roast Hailey’s catering services, we have banked up quite the portfolio of valued corporate clients, both from local businesses and global brands. One such client that we were delighted to rejoin once more last week was the hard working team at Oxford Construction Ltd.
As a caterer, our services regularly cross paths with many construction teams. It is hungry work out on the sites, so of course the site managers want a feastful treat for their team every now and then. Knowing Hog Roast Hailey’s reputation and grandstanding in the corporate catering world, many come to us to get just that feast – and we never disappoint.
If there is one thing that we know construction workers love, it’s a good meaty roll with plenty of side accompaniments. Our classic hog roast dining experience always goes down as a big winner with our construction clients. It is straightforward enough that it can easily be enjoyed out on site; it doesn’t need a big sit down and a complex service. Plus, the sight of our hog roast cooking away in the authentic spit style through the afternoon gives each of the workers something to really look forward to. All of that lovely tender pork, crisping up nicely through the morning and just begging to be enjoyed with a good roll, a solid dollop of fresh apple sauce, and plenty of freshly made chips. The Oxford Construction team also enjoyed an addition of grilled sausages, brought over from our gourmet barbecue selection, along with fresh sage and onion stuffing, crispy crackling, creamy red cabbage coleslaw, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, tomato and mozzarella salad, and seasonal leafy greens.
All that put together ended up making for a massive spread for the Oxford Construction team to enjoy. There was enough even for many to come back in for seconds, even with 100 hungry mouths to feed in total. The entire Hoig Roast Hailey team had an excellent team with the Oxford Construction staff.
