All summer long we simply cannot get enough of a good barbecue here at Hog Roast Buckingham. A classic of the season for good reason, the barbecue is the very best of the British summer cuisine. Having at least one each summer is an absolute must; making the very most of the sunny weather with grilled burgers and sausages is the way that all of us greet the summer and spent some much needed relaxing time out of work with friends and family.
Now take all that is brilliant about the summer barbecue and add it to your own 60th birthday – suddenly it somehow looks even better than before! This was the case for Colin, who’s loving wife Nic booked Hog Roast Buckingham’s gourmet barbecue catering for his 60th birthday celebration. What better a gift and declaration of love for your 60th, Colin has certainly got a good one in Nic! The finest gift of all is a Hog Roast Buckingham catered event surrounded by friends and family – to get the very best gourmet burgers, sausages, and kebabs on top of that is just the cherry!
With this glorious summer weather we have been having, we were confident when Nic called us some weeks back that a barbecue would undoubtedly be the best option for the event. With a good green space to cater in and the sunny weather above, nothing was going to stop us from grilling up the very best gourmet burgers and sausages in all of summer catering. Add to that our Thai chicken kebabs for a good bit of novelty and spice and you have a menu well worth your 60th. With plenty to toast to, Colin and co enjoyed a lovely summer’s evening coming back and forth to the Hog Roast Buckingham serving tent, where head chef Craig would get them saddled up with another fresh roll, seasonal leafy greens, and a good helping of regular and sweet potato fries. Even with 60 guests for the 60th, there was more than enough for everyone to come back in for seconds, thirds — hey, even fourths!
